Our mold is made here in the USA in our workshop of solid 3/4 inch pine. The mold comes with a lid so it can be sealed while the soap is saponifying. It is made of knot-free pine. We build a sturdy soap mold that will last for years. The wood is left uncoated so it will not react with lye. This mold will make 5 pounds of soap. Included with your order is a sample soap recipe and instructions for use.

A 5 pound mold produces around 16-20 bars of soap anywhere in weight from 4-5 ounces each.
